About account cancellation

If an user wants it, he/she may cancel his/ her account with Me Encontraste.com®. Once the action is carried out, all the information provided in the registration will be eliminated, including user's name and password. If the user is signed up to one of our subscription plans and the payment hasn't expired yet, he/she will be able to cancel his/her account in order to eliminate the profile information but it is important to keep in mind that it doesn't imply the refund of the remaining amount by the company.
